Leapster Boy

Kyle really loves playing his leapster game. He concentrates so hard that he doesn't hear anything around him. I am really glad that he learns as he plays.

After thought::::::::::::: I have noticed that I need to post more pics of Justin.

OMSI - Spring Break

The kids and I spent part of spring break in Portland with daddy. Dawn and the girls came and stayed with me at Grandma June's. As you can see, we all had to wear glasses in the science lab. Dawn - thank you for staying and playing with us.

Kyle's 7th B-day

I can't believe I forgot to post Kyle's 7th birthday party pics. It seems just yesterday when I brought my little boy into this world. I never knew how blessed I would be with such a great, loving big boy. Happy Birthday Kyle!!!!!!!!!!!

Spring is here!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love playing with my new camera. I love the picture of the blossoms in the tree. It is cool how half is in focus and the other half is not.

To everybody: think about what SPRING brings. It brings everything new, fresh and exciting. I love to hear the birds chirping and to see the kids playing at the park.

Easter best

It is like pulling teeth to get the boys to dress up.
It is nice to see all three girls in their dresses. Pagie's Easter dress (Thank you Grandpa Mack & Grandma Rite)

Coloring Eggs

I can't believe all of us got to be together to color eggs.
The boys had a choice to color them at home or
wait for daddy. They of course picked daddy. Justin with his camo egg (green).
Kyle with his camo egg (grey).
Our plain eggs - mommy has only so much patience.

Easter Egg cont.

I don't usually put goofy pics of myself on the blog.
Here is a great one that Darla took of me being myself. Kyle w/ bucket of eggs.

Easter Egg Hunt

We got invited to an Easter egg hunt at my friend Dawn's house in Roseburg. With all the cameras going, I got lots of pics of Paige. If you notice my boots (Thanks June), they have bunnies on them just for this day. Also, here is a pics of Dawn's daughter Emily. I also got a pic of Addie and her son Gabe.

Legos w/ Grandpa

Kyle got legos for his birthday. Kyle asked Grandpa John to help him. They built the airplane together.

March 20th

Well it is official. Tom is up in Portland and I am a single mom during the week. Tom is feeling homesick and I am feeling caged in. I know that now is a good time to be doing this since the kids are still small. I also know that it is on 3 1/2 months out of our lives.

Kyle is starting T-Ball next week. His first game is scheduled for April 12th.

Justin is starting Tot Soccer in two weeks. I will keep you updated on when the games start.

Spring Break starts March 22 thru March 30th. We are meeting my friend Dawn in Portland to take the kids to the zoo and who knows what else. The kids will be excited to see daddy for a couple of days.

I hope all is well with all of you. Miss and think about you often. Bye for now.

Happy Birthday Chuck

Chuck - I can't believe this one of the only pictures I have of you. I just wanted to say Happy Birthday and hope you had a great many more.

Just call me Katie Mae Martin

We went to the park with my best friends daughter and granddaughter. I have known Katie (holding the baby) since she was 9 years old. It is really strange to see her holding her own baby. I love you Katie Mae Martin.

She is at it again.

Everytime I turn around I find something like this. I was in the bedroom and came out to this. I don't think the boys wanted to climb - they just jumped off everything. We have to push all the chairs in at the table and put the desk chairs closed in the back room.

March 8 - outside

We really haven't done much exciting. Here are a few pics of the kids outside.

Learning Chess

Thanks Dawn and Allison!!!!!! Ever since Kyle went to Allison's chess tournament, both boys have wanted to learn how to play. Daddy is not challenged by two little boys. I will need to find a chess teacher for the boys.

Boys will be boys

BOYS WILL BE BOYS - I came out of the house and found my boys doing this. They tied one of daddy's bungy ropes to the pedal car and dump truck. What will they come up with next?
